Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction


Welcome to AMCKO ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.amcko.com) and our CCTV subscription, installation, and surveillance services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Subscription Services


AMCKO provides CCTV hardware (including solar-powered, 4G/5G, and standard cameras) and maintenance services on a subscription basis.


  • Ownership: All hardware provided under the subscription model remains the exclusive property of AMCKO unless a specific rent-to-own or direct purchase agreement is executed.
  • Maintenance: We cover routine maintenance and technical support for active subscribers. Damage caused by vandalism, negligence, or unauthorized tampering by the user will incur repair or replacement charges.


3. Billing and Payments


  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly/annually) as agreed upon during checkout or contract signing.
  • Failure to pay the subscription fee within the designated grace period will result in temporary suspension of the surveillance service and potential retrieval of the hardware.


4. User Responsibilities


  • You must provide a safe and accessible environment for our technicians during installation and maintenance.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from building management, residential societies, or local authorities for the installation of cameras.


5. Governing Law


These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.



Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect


AMCKO is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect the following types of information:


  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and installation location details.
  • Surveillance Data: Video footage, images, and audio (if applicable) captured by our CCTV systems installed on your premises.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device telemetry necessary to ensure the functioning of our 4G/5G and off-grid systems.


2. How We Use Your Information


  • To install, provide, and maintain your CCTV subscription services.
  • To process payments and communicate regarding your account.
  • Surveillance feeds are strictly confidential. AMCKO does not actively monitor your live feeds unless technical support is requested by you or required by a valid law enforcement warrant.


3. Data Storage and Security


Video data is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers or local storage devices (NVR/DVR) as per your subscription plan. We employ industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to your feeds.


4. Data Sharing


We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data only to law enforcement agencies when legally mandated.


Return and Refund Policy

1. Hardware Returns (Subscription Cancellation)


  • Upon cancellation of a subscription, all AMCKO-owned CCTV equipment, solar panels, and networking hardware must be returned in good working condition (accounting for normal wear and tear).
  • Our technicians will schedule a retrieval appointment within 1-2 days of cancellation.
  • Failure to return the equipment or returning damaged equipment will result in a deduction from your security deposit or an additional invoice for the hardware's market value.


2. Direct Purchases (Non-Subscription)


If you purchased hardware outright, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the equipment is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.


3. Refunds


  • Subscription Fees: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
  • Security Deposits: Refundable security deposits will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 days business days after the successful uninstallation and inspection of the retrieved hardware.
  • Installation Fees: One-time installation fees are strictly non-refundable once the installation has been completed.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing


  • All orders and subscription requests are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once processed, our team will contact you to schedule an installation date.


2. Shipping of Equipment


  • For subscription customers in our primary service areas (Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding regions), AMCKO technicians will personally transport the equipment to your premises on the scheduled installation day. You will not be charged a separate shipping fee for this process.
  • For direct hardware purchases or self-installation kits shipped outside our immediate service area, orders are dispatched via our courier partners. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days within India.


3. Delivery and Installation Delays


AMCKO strives to adhere strictly to scheduled installation times. However, we are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, unavailable access to the premises, or unforeseen logistical issues. In such events, we will promptly reschedule at your earliest convenience.


4. Damaged Items in Transit


If any equipment arrives damaged via courier, please contact us immediately at support@amcko.com with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
